The joy is the process with The Wood Burning Hot Tub by GOODLAND
Often times we find the beauty is more in the process or the journey rather than the end result. Something that I often see people talk about being a meditative process is the making of pour-over coffee. From selecting and grinding the beans, weighing each ingredient, and then to the slow and attentive pours you make over the coffee each step is a chance to slow down and reflect. The Wood Burning Hot Tub designed by GOODLAND provides a very similar and perhaps an almost deeper meditative experience.
It’s the first product designed by GOODLAND and sets out to create an experience that allows people to escape the rat race and learn to embrace nature. The hot tub is minimal in design and crafted out of marine grade aluminum, western red cedar; brass, and oak details. GOODLAND explains the meditative process of using the tub best “Outdoor bathing is not just about the ritual of the soaking (although we guarantee it to be life-changing), but rather the whole process of chopping and stacking the wood, lighting and stoking the fire, stirring the water, and adjusting the temperature. The sum of the parts create meaningful routines that evoke emotion and ground us in nature.” (Via their website)
