Blic creates using spraypaint on canvas

Four Incredible spray-paints on canvas work by the artist Blic for their solo exhibition at Lutra Gallery in Shanghai.

“In his paintings, the human hand has always been the central element of his images, and these anthropomorphic hands have become the “human” in his paintings. In his paintings, the hands replace the faces of the figures, and the
looseness and tension of the hand movements, the stretching and bending, together with the background elements around the figures, convey the emotional tension and a certain sense of indescribable fun. In the highly saturated colors, the exuberant yet delicate brushwork, and the hazy texture of the images, the surrealism leaps off the canvas.” –  Via Lutra Gallery
