Dreamlands, a series of relaxing 3D landscapes by Yomagick (Maciek Martyniuk)
Beautiful skies of pink hues, luscious landscapes, and dream-like structures of welcoming beds to lie on. These stress-free oases of relaxation are the creations of digital artist Maciek Martyniuk also known as Yomagick. These scenes we are looking at today come from his 2019 series titled ‘Dreamlands.’
Yomagick traveled across Asia before deciding to move to Barcelona. It was this trip to Japan that greatly inspired his series ‘Dreamlands.’ While in Japan, he visited the Itsukushima Shrine which is best known for its “floating” torii gate. This idea of a shrine in the middle of a beautiful landscape is the core concept for the series. This project was also Maciek’s first entire 3D rendered project, this process is what laid the foundation for the artist’s works moving forward.
