Cyberpunk Photography, a look at Noe Alonzo

Cyberpunk Photography, a look at Noe Alonzo

Noe Alonzo is taking photos that almost don’t feel real, well not almost, they really don’t feel real. It’s like you are viewing a realistic anime or perhaps watching Bladerunner. Noe is an artist who takes photos in South Korea and has mastered this perfect cyberpunk anime edit and is applying it to real urban landscape photography. At first glance, I myself thought I had to be looking at some kind of hyper-realistic 3D render of some kind. The reality is Alonzo is just that good at what he does.

Alonzo’s talent is not only in the editing process but the way he frames a photo. He has an eye for spotting a great street, or a back ally to shoot. You also may notice that most of his photos are shot during the cold and raining night, this is what adds another layer to the overall mood to the works. For me, I would say the only downside fo his art is that I don’t already view the world as its show in his images.
